2011 Dues Structure
Dues Discounts
Individual Active Membership
A three year commitment allows you to receive a $15 yearly discount for your 2011, 2012 and 2013 dues ($350 for 2011 dues, $350 for 2012 dues, & $350 for 2013 dues).
Group Membership
A group discount of $15 per doctor applies only if all members of the group pay 2011 PCMS Dues.
